Our growing story

Originally established at Bracken Road, Ferndown over 50 years ago, at the end of the 1970s we moved to our current location in Three Legged Cross and we have been growing here ever since.  With a focus on  varieties that grow well in our local area we supply many different types of hardy ornamental plants including shrubs, perennials, climbers, rhododendrons and azaleas, fruit and ornamental trees, conifers and a wide range of evergreen hedging plants. 

As a nursery, we continue to propagate plants to ensure we offer a great range of well-known and new varieties throughout the year and we have plants at different growing stages from young saplings through to semi-mature specimens.  Many of these can be viewed growing throughout the Nursery.

Our team have a wealth of knowledge about the plants we sell and a good appreciation of the local area, and we are always happy to spend time sharing advice on any aspect of planting.  If required, we can provide plant suggestions for specific requirements, soils and locations.
